Whether you’re beginning your yoga journey, recovering from an injury, or simply prefer a more intimate setting, private sessions are very beneficial. Here’s why: I will work with you to create a special programme based on your specific needs; I will give you individual attention; I will move at a pace that’s suitable for you, and I keep track of your progress along the way. Private Yoga Sessions
It’s easy to feel overwhelmed or lost in group classes, especially when you’re starting your yoga journey. Being able to move at your pace is important in helping you feel in control, calm, and confident. Having a private yoga session allows you to achieve exactly that and I enjoy creating them for clients. Private sessions are available online or in person. Private Sessions - Individual

For Regional & International Clients, please note that payments are accepted via PayPal, and a 20% fee will be added to allow for processing of your payment. All prices listed above are in Barbados dollars and do not include the 20% fee.

Private Sessions - Group & Individual

Private sessions are available for individuals and groups at your location, villa, or for corporate events and special occasions. For more details or to schedule a session, email jennifer@jenzenwellness.com, and let’s begin planning today!

Cancellation Policy

To respect both your time and mine, a cancellation fee applies for late cancellations:

  • Cancellations made 24 hours or less before the scheduled session will be charged the full session fee.

  • Cancellations made between 24 and 48 hours before the session will be charged 50% of the session fee.
