Welcome to JenZen Wellness! I’m delighted you stopped by. I’m Jenn, a Pilates and Yoga teacher living on the beautiful Island of Barbados. If you’re here, perhaps you’ve been searching for a way to live a more wholesome and fulfilling life. I believe the pathway to living life fully, begins with nurturing a deep and healthy relationship with yourself. Because how we relate to ourselves impacts how we relate to others in our everyday lives. But what does all of this mean? It means learning to love who you are in every possible way.

Tantra teaches us that no parts of the Self are to be ignored or pushed aside. We must welcome all aspects of who we are into our experience to become our most true authentic Self. This requires deep introspection, honesty, and courage. There’s a reason those parts are hidden; some you’re conscious of, some you may have buried ages ago and forgotten about. Uncovering hidden parts of yourself is daunting, but also very rewarding, therefore, when you begin this journey with me, remember to be patient and compassionate with yourself. Changing old patterns and embracing new ones takes time and commitment. This journey, which I call the Full Embrace, forms the foundation of my teachings, and I believe it must be taken only when you’re truly ready.
